Christmas Gifting with Boots

Christmas is officially upon us, I’ve watched about 23 festive films (some great, some diabolical but still somehow great), mooched around a german style market or two, enjoyed my first mince pie of the season and finally started on the Christmas shopping.

Now, although I am quite the Christmas fan (legit sitting writing this in my grinch slippers with a candy cane in hand) I don’t go totally overboard when it comes to gifting. I keep it close and usually just buy gifts for my mum, Charlie, a couple of close friends and my grandparents. I love the festive season and aim to keep it as stress free as possible, and to give me a helping hand with my shopping this year, Boots have kindly let me pick a few Christmas Gifts out for a lucky person of my choice!

I chose to select some lovely gifts for my mum (hoping she doesn’t read this…) as I know there are a selection of amazing cruelty free brands available at Boots. My mum doesn’t tend to treat herself to luxuries like this that often, which is why I knew these would be just perfect. It’s always lovely to receive something you wouldn’t necessarily buy yourself, it makes it a real treat.

I headed over to the premium beauty section online and picked out a few of the beautiful gift sets from bareMinerals, a brand both my mum and I are big fans of. I have to admit, the astrology themed packaging and wording did sway me a little but look how pretty! I was overwhelmed (in a good way!) with choice on the Boots website, and impressed by the range of lifestyle and home gifts they have on offer too. It really is a one-stop festive shop for everyone.

A mascara is always well received in my eyes, it’s an everyday essential but a bit of an expensive one as I’ve found that the high street mascaras just aren’t as good. I love the packaging of these and know that my mum will appreciate them too!

I thought this pressie is great not just for the amazing products but because they’re travel sized, meaning you can take them away on weekend breaks which is brilliant. My mum is really into her skincare regime at the moment so I thought these would be ideal, plus I’m hoping she might let me try out the dirty detox mud mask…

How adorable are these mini lipsticks? The perfect handbag size and featuring an array of beautiful pinks, nudes and reds, I just know my mum will love these. Again, the packaging is gorgeous too which just makes these presents extra special.
