Perfect Gifts For Travel Lovers
Bonjour…a little break from my US travel posts today, as I didn’t want to bombard you all with too many of my California ramblings in one go. Although I am very much enjoying re-living it all through blogging! Today I’m talking gifts, more specifically, gifts for travel lovers. I personally LOVE buying presents for my friends and family, and I can’t lie I think I’m pretty damn good at it. I prefer to give meaningful gifts, ones that represent the persons interests rather than a generic gift card or box of chocolates type situ. I especially love gifts with a personalised touch, it just shows that you’ve put that extra little bit of thought into it, y’know?
Today I’m collaborating with the folk at UncommonGoods to bring you the best gifts for anyone in your life who loves to travel. If you haven’t heard about UncommonGoods before then I’ll give you a little intro. They’re an online based retailer with a specific focus on independent artists and smaller brands, many of their items can be personalised such as their amazing range of Wedding gifts. Know anyone getting married soon…? Be sure to check out their collection, they have tonnes of unique gifts which you won’t find anywhere else.
For those who struggle to keep their feet on the ground, I scoured the website for my favourite travel related gifts that I think any gal or guy will just LOVE! Hint hint Charlie if you’re reading this…
National Park Map / Travel Journal / California Pillow / Cocktail Kit / Hikers Mug / USA Puzzle / States Necklaces / Phone Speaker / National Park Candles / Aromatherapy Kit / Travel Napkins / Map PinBoard
How awesome are these pieces? I especially love the USA themed gifts, I’m so tempted to order a couple for Charlie and I to remind us of our road trip. I think the wall maps and pinboard are such a lovely way to remind you of your travels and add a cute, personal touch to your home. The Aromatherapy kit is ideal for any travellers out there that suffer from travel anxiety as I find that aromatherapy oils are super calming and relaxing plus it’s quite compact so won’t take up too much room in your case. I’ll just put a subtle note out there that if anyone is ever struggling to buy me a gift…here’s your inspo….
If like me you struggle a little more with buying gifts for the men in your life, then it’s worth checking out their range of men’s gifts including everything from beer cap maps to homemade gin kits.
I love supporting small, independent artists as well as companies who recognise issues such as sustainability and that’s just why UncommonGoods is the perfect place to spend your hard earned cash…happy gifting.
