Tom Ford Sunglasses via Glasses Guru / River Island Maxi Dress / Accessorize Beach Tote / Accessorize Anklet / Matt & Nat Travel Wallet / JD Williams Espadrilles / Rag & Bone Beach Hat

I don’t know what it is about holidays, but my style tends to lean towards a girlier vibe. Day-to-day my outfits are fairly neutral and minimal with little pattern, embroidery or florals in sight. I do like to switch it up a little on holiday though. Don’t get me wrong, I won’t be OD’ing on the florals or bright colours, but I do enjoy incorporating a few items I wouldn’t usually opt for in the UK.

I actually came across this dress from River Island, somewhere I don’t usually even look in, and for some reason I was totally drawn to it. I love the off shoulder style and the floral print is still in colours that I would usually go for. What do you think?

The Tom Ford glasses from Glasses Guru are high up on my holiday wishlist, they’re the perfect shape and I love the tortoiseshell design. I’m thinking I could justify them as a must have? You know, just taking care of my eyes and that…

So, around a month ago I made the decision to go from veggie to vegan (more on that soon!), I’m therefore also working on cutting out leather products from my outfits. It won’t be immediate as a lot of my trainers and bags are leather, but I’m trying to purchase clothing that don’t contain any animal products. I spotted these espadrilles from JD Williams, leather-free and they’ll got with pretty much everything I’m taking away with me. Perfect!

Another brand I came across whilst scouting out vegan friendly bags and shoes is Matt & Nat. A Canadian brand, their collections are so beautiful and you really wouldn’t miss the fact that their bags aren’t made from leather. They still have a quality look and feel, I’ll definitely be ordering my next bag from there. I have my eye on a rucksack, plus a million other styles *heart eye emoji*…
