Balenciaga Paris Perfume* / Calvin Klein Man Aftershave* both via Rakuten

A good scent is a solid and always well received valentines day gift. It’s the kind of item you don’t necessarily buy yourself on a regular basis, so it’s definitely always a winner in my eyes! Rakuten kindly provided me with a voucher to purchase something to make my Valentines extra special this year. I decided to treat Charlie (and myself lolol) to a new fragrance. 

I opted for Balenciaga Paris as it’s a perfume I’ve been dying to try for ages, and the bottle is just so pretty! It’s a real classic, and it has a hint of palma violets to it. So if you like palma violets then you’ll definitely love this! I’m not into girly scents, I usually opt for masculine scents and although this has floral tones in it, it’s not too sickly sweet. I’ve been wearing it as an everyday perfume and have already had a few comments on it. 

For Charlie, I picked out Calvin Klein Man as I’m a big fan of all CK fragrances. From the classic CK one to Euphoria, these are all among my favourite scents. The ‘Man’ aftershave seemed to have some great reviews online so I took a risk and i can safely say it’s another Calvin Klein winner. Both Charlie and I love it, in fact I keep pinching it too.
